No. HeyCar touchless machines clean with high-pressure water and foam—never touching the body. Our gantry (brush) models use EVA foam brushes that are soft and paint-safe as long as they stay clean and free of trapped grit. Traditional brushes that trapped stones could mark soft paint, which is why we use EVA foam.

Touchless is gentlest on paint and ideal for express/daily sites. Brush (gantry) washing delivers a more thorough clean on heavy dirt. HeyCar offers both so you can match the method to your site and customers.

Yes. Gantry models can be installed outdoors; touchless models need a simple wash bay/canopy. For freezing weather, the one-touch drain function empties pipes and pumps to prevent frost damage, and the equipment room can be heated.

A typical HeyCar bay needs about 26–28 m². It connects to a standard 3-phase power supply and mains water; we provide the foundation drawing and the full plumbing/pump/chemical kit, so you only bring power and water to within ~2 m of the unit.

Daily care is simple: clean the water and foam filters, and check belts/pulleys. Pump oil is changed after the first ~5,000 washes, then every six months. Brushes are replaced about yearly or every ~15,000 washes. Most checks are guided remotely by our engineers.
